Room/Private Party Room Booking
CaterZen has the ability to create events with Start and End Times for the Event. There is also the option to add a Start and End Time for the Room. Room could mean, Private Party Room, Private Dining Room, Meeting Room. 1First Case: Private Party Room: For most clients, they will want to show both Start/End times as they need to know how long the room needs to be reserved, as well as, within that time frame how long is the event. The Room time is important as that is the time before and after event to allow for set up and clean up. Second Case: Full Service Events. Think of something like a wedding. Because of the need for a large team of staff, you may want a start and end team for the Catering Crew. And within that, is the start/end time for the wedding. This way you will not book another wedding when the crew is already committed. Third Case: Some clients are not interested in start/end times for crew or the room, they just need start/end times for the event. Think about a drop-off catering with disposable pans where one person may watch the buffet for an hour. Only start/end time of event is needed as to indicate how long they should stay.
