In this article we will go over how to send an email, with a link, to your customers to allow them to add a credit card to keep on file.

Here are step by step instructions on how to send an email to request a credit card


1 - Click the CRM tab



2 - Search for the customer's name that you want to send the email to request the Credit Card.  Once you find the client's name click on their Name link



3 - Click on the Credit Card icon



4 - You will then see a tab to click to send the request:   Send Card On File Request Email



     *Note if you have multiple locations you can choose to send the request so that the card is stored under that location



5 - You will see a notification that the email has been sent



6 - The customer will then receive the email and upload the card.



7 - Once the card has been uploaded by the customer an email will be sent to employee's emails that are listed to receive the notifications (notifications are the credit card setting notifications).
