In this article we will go over the SMS Text Message Status Report. This report will show you the status of the text message notifications you receive when orders are placed and notifications for the delivery of orders.
1 - Click on the More tab - Reports tab - Data Export tab.
2 - Next click on the SMS Text Message Status Report link.
3 - Choose your Date Range and then click the Generate Report tab.
4 - Your report will then appear.
5 - Please note that you can Print - Download - view in Excel - or Email this report.
6 - You can then see Date and Time the text was Sent. The Number the text was sent too. The Body of the text message. Confirmation Code.
