Pricing
$15 per enabled location per month (billed by CaterZen).
Delivery fees: Vary based on the provider selected.
Additional fees: $1.99 transaction fee + $2.00 platform fee (included in delivery charges).
Driver tips: Paid directly to drivers via CaterZen.
Important: Before you can connect Burq, you must contact CaterZen Support to have the Burq Module enabled for your account. Once enabled, you’ll be able to connect Burq accounts in your Admin settings. Billing begins as soon as the Burq Module is enabled for your account by CaterZen Support. Even if you haven’t connected your Burq account in Admin, enabled locations will still be billed.

Why Do I See Burq Buttons If I Haven’t Enabled It?
Burq features appear in some areas by default:
Order Entry: Clicking Burq prompts you to upgrade.
Delivery Manager: Burq options show an upgrade prompt.
Admin Settings: Burq Delivery Settings appear but redirect to enablement steps.
