Overview

The RCS Value Report (Monetary Benefits from Using CaterZen) provides a clear summary of how your marketing and lead generation tools are contributing to your overall sales. This report tracks orders, quotes, and total revenue generated from marketing campaigns, referral programs, coupons, and loyalty promotions tied to CaterZen’s features. Use this report to measure the return on investment (ROI) from your RCS marketing tools — including tracking links, forms, loyalty campaigns, and coupon usage.

  • Email the Report to yourself or another team member.

Understanding the Report

The report is divided into two main sections:

1. Summary Table

At the top of the report, you’ll see a summary of all tracked marketing activities and their results.

Columns Include:

  • Customer Count – The number of customers from each source.

  • Order Count – The number of completed orders from those customers.

  • Order Total – The total dollar value of those orders.

  • Quote Count – The number of quotes submitted.

  • Quote Total – The combined value of those quotes.

This section gives a high-level view of where your business is coming from — for example:

  • New customers from a tracking link

  • Repeat sales from customers who filled out a form

  • Orders placed using a coupon

  • New or repeat customers referred by a loyalty campaign

Totals at the bottom summarize all tracked activities for the period, showing the overall marketing value your RCS tools generated.

2. Report Details for Lead Generation Campaigns

The second section provides a detailed breakdown by campaign type, including results from:

  • Tracking Links

  • Coupons

  • Referral or Loyalty Campaigns

  • Online Forms or Quote Requests

For each campaign or promotion, the report lists:

  • Link or Form Name

  • Number of Customers Generated

  • Order Count and Total Value

  • Quote Count and Value (if applicable)

This level of detail helps you evaluate which marketing tools drive the most engagement and revenue — and where you may want to focus future promotions.
