Overview
The Loyalty History Report provides a detailed record of all activity within your Customer Loyalty Program in CaterZen. This report shows points earned, redeemed, and adjusted, giving you full visibility into your customers’ loyalty engagement and reward usage. Use this report to monitor reward trends, identify your most engaged customers, and ensure loyalty transactions are processed accurately across all locations.
Note: This report is not connected to the Tango Loyalty Program. Tango rewards are tracked separately and will not appear in this report.
Accessing the Report
Go to the More tab in your CaterZen account.
Select Reports → Sales Reports.

Click Loyalty History Report.
Choose your Filter Parameters (see below).
Click Generate Report.

Filter Parameters
Use these filters to control which loyalty data appears in your report:
Transaction Occurred between – Select the date range you want to analyze.
Transaction By Customer – Filter by Customer
Be sure to check the box beside each parameter you wish to use.
If a box is left unchecked, that filter will be ignored when generating the report.
Exporting or Sharing
At the top of the page, you can:
Print, Download, or View in Excel for further review.
Email the Report to yourself or another team member.

Understanding the Report
The report includes detailed loyalty program activity for each customer, including:
Date
Customer Name
Activity Notes (Credits vested, Redeemed, or Adjusted)
Pending Amount
Available Amount
Redeemed Amount
Each row represents a loyalty transaction, helping you trace every point movement and validate balances for accuracy.

Common Use Cases
Reward Program Monitoring: Confirm that loyalty points are being correctly added and redeemed.
Customer Engagement Tracking: Identify top customers who regularly participate in your loyalty program.
Issue Resolution: Quickly review a customer’s full loyalty history if a points discrepancy arises.
Best Practices
Run this report monthly to ensure loyalty balances are accurate across all accounts.
Combine with the Order Totals Report to connect purchase activity with loyalty participation.
Filter by Redeemed transactions to monitor the usage rate of loyalty rewards.
Use it during promotions to track increases in loyalty activity following marketing campaigns.
