This article will walk you through the CRM Settings bubble, found under the Marketing Settings section within the Admin tab. You'll learn how to customize your CRM experience by selecting which screens and fields appear in your CRM tab, as well as how to manage Task and Note subject lines.


Step 1: Access the Admin Tab

  • Click on the Admin tab from your top navigation menu.


Step 2: Open the CRM Settings Bubble

  • In the Marketing Settings section, click the CRM Settings bubble.


Step 3: Choose from Three Options

After clicking the CRM Settings bubble, you'll see three links:

  • A. CRM Options

  • B. Task Subject Lines

  • C. Note Subject Lines


A. CRM Options

Step 4: Open CRM Options

  • Click the CRM Options link to open the configuration page.


Step 5: Choose Your Default Contact Entry Screen

  • You can select which screen displays when you open the CRM tab:

    • Rapid Entry Page – Displays only the fields you've selected for quick contact input.

    • Full Details Page – Shows all available CRM fields when creating a new contact.

Step 6: Customize Fields for Entry

  • Check or uncheck boxes to decide which fields will appear on the page.

Step 7: Save Your Settings

  • After making your selections, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply changes.


B. Task Subject Lines

Step 8: Manage Task Subject Lines

  • This section allows you to add, edit, sort, hide, or delete task subject lines.

  • Note: If you do not see a Hide or Delete icon next to a subject line, it is a default line and cannot be modified.


Step 9: Add a Custom Task Subject Line

  • Use the input field on the left to enter a new subject line.

  • Click the Add button to save your custom line.


Step 10: Sort Your Subject Lines

  • Click Sort Alphabetically to auto-sort your list.

  • Alternatively, use the Sort icon to manually reorder lines.


Step 11: Hide or Delete Subject Lines

  • Click the Hide icon to remove a subject line from view without deleting it.

  • Click the Delete icon to permanently remove a subject line.


C. Note Subject Lines

Step 12: Manage Note Subject Lines

  • Just like task subjects, you can add, edit, sort, hide, or delete note subject lines.


Step 13: Add a Custom Note Subject Line

  • Enter your desired subject in the input box on the left.

  • Click the Add button to save it.


Step 14: Sort Your Note Subject Lines

  • Use Sort Alphabetically to automatically organize your list.

  • Use the Sort icon to manually drag and reorder them.

  

Step 15: Hide or Delete Note Subject Lines

  • Click the Hide icon to hide a subject line.

  • Click the Delete icon to remove it permanently.
