In this article we will go over the settings that you will need to configure for you and your team to access the task and meeting/ events icons.   This should have been completed when you did your CRM training training session.  If you need a CRM training session you book with either link below:

Here are step by step instructions on how to access your CRM settings:


1 - Click the Admin tab



2 - Click the Manage Employees tab and link




3 - Under the Action column click the Edit icon that for the employee you want to give access to the CRM task and meeting/ events icons.




4 - Under the Permissions section you will see 5 checkboxes that pertain to the CRM task and meeting/ events icons 

    A - CRM Admin

    - Manage task subject lines

    - Include in CRM for Task/ Calls etc

    - Is permitted to import customer to the CRM

    E - Is permitted to bulk edit (delete) in the CRM




Below I will go through what each setting will allow when working in the CRM


5 - CRM Admin:  This will allow you to create Subject lines in the CRM task tab.   Note if you do not have CRM Admin permission then you will just see a dropdown box to choose from.   Please note there is a separate article on how to access the Subject lines found under the CRM Setting bubble.





6 - Manage task subject lines:  Note that is box will automatically be checked off when you are giving permission for the CRM Admin checkbox.  This will allow you create / edit / delete subject lines for your task.   Note there is a separate article explaining the CRM Settings bubble found under the Marketing Settings section.




7 - Include in CRM for Task/ Calls etc:   This will allow the employees name to appear under the Assign to in the dropdown box when creating a task.





8 - Is permitted to import customer to the CRM:   This will allow the employee to import your database, in a csv file, into your CRM 








9 - Is permitted to bulk edit (delete) in the CRM:  This will allow the employee to make bulk deletes in the CRM.  For example if a company is no longer in business and you want to delete all the records for the company you can do a bulk delete.





10 - After checking off any of the boxes be sure to click Save This Information.
