As of Dec 2023 we have added the new feature that will allow you to send out (email) statements automatically every month to your customers with outstanding balances. The email will show the total outstanding balance as well as let the client click on individual invoices.

Below are step by step instructions on how to configure you Accounts Receivable Aging Email Report
1 - To turn this feature on, Click on the Admin tab
2 - Under the General Settings section - click on the Accounting Settings bubble
3 - Scroll down to: Enable Account Receivable Aging Report and check off the check box and then click the Configure tab
4 - The next page that will appear will the settings page for the automatic emails that will be sent
5 - First you will need to select What day of the month do you want the Accounts Receivable Aging Report to be automatically sent? Use the drop down box to select the day of the month
6 - Next you will see the email that will be sent to the customer. You may customize this email
7 - Click Save Accounts Receivable Aging Report HTML tab
8 - On the day of the month that you have selected your customer will receive an email
9 - When the customer clicks on the email the will see the total number of outstanding invoices for their account
10 - The customer does have access to see each invoice individually
11 - When the customer clicks on the invoice they will be able to see invoice and choose to either download the invoice or pay for the invoice (this feature will only appear if you have the feature pay by invoice configured)
