This article will go over how to turn on your Event Name field and how to add the Event Name field to your Invoice, Catering Tickets, and Quotes templates.  The Event Name can also appear under the Order Entry tab, Overview tab, Calendar tab,

Here are step by step instructions going over the Event Name field.


How to turn on your Event Name field:


1  - Click on the Admin tab




2 - Under Global Settings section click on the Ticket Templates bubble




3 - Then under the Ticket Templates bubble click the Order Sheet Layout link




4 - Use the drop down box to change the Style column from Hidden to Normal and then use the Up/Down Arrow icon to move the field to where you want it to appear in the Order Details page .



5 - This page will automatically save after making changes


How to add your Event Name field to the Invoice, Catering Tickets, and Quotes templates.


1  - Click on the Admin tab




2 - Under Global Settings section click on the Ticket Templates bubble



3 - Note that the Event Name is found under the Miscellaneous section in All 4 templates.


Choose the template you want the Event Name field to appear under and click the link for the

 template


4 - Look for the Miscellaneous section



5 - Click the icon found in the top left corner



6 - Click on the Custom Field link



7 - Look for Event Name field



8 - Once you add the Event Name field you can move it to where you want it to appear in box by using the putting your mouse over the field name, clicking, dragging and dropping


 


How to add your Event Name field to the Order Entry tab and change the layout of where it appears.


1  - Note that once you change the Event Name field from Hidden to Normal it will automatically appear at the bottom of the left side in the Order Entry tab.




2 - If want to change where it appears you will want to take these next steps.  Click on the Admin tab




3 - Click the Order Entry Settings bubble




4 - Click the Order Entry Layout link




5 - There you can click on the Event Name field and move it where you would like for it appear.




 


How to add your Event Name field to the Overview tab


1  - Click on the Overview tab




2 - Click on the Overview Preference tab




3 - Scroll to the bottom of the box




4 - Change Event Name field from Hidden to Normal




5 - Change the column Sort Order of where you want it to appear




6 - Click on Save Changes



7 - Your Changes will now appear





Where to see the Event Name field in the Calendar tab


1  - Click on the Calendar tab




2 - Find the Order you are looking for and click on the Order




3 - The Event Name will appear in the details
