Below are step by step instructions on how log into your Phone Center Ordering Tool.

1 - Go to:

2 - Next you will log into your account

3 - Then you will see the Dashboard page.  

4 - You will then see 2 links.

5 - Change Your Password:   this will allow you to change your log in password.  

6 - Manage All Users:  this will show you a list of all the users you have for this account.

7 - To add a New User click on the New User tab

8 - Add the users Name and Email

9 - Then check off the Permissions you want the User to have access to.

10 - Then click the Save tab.

11 - VERY IMPORTANT:   Once you save the user the generated password will appear at the top of the page

12 - Note that once the user has been saved you can Edit or Delete the user if needed.

13 - If you need to generate a new password for the user click on the Edit tab for the user and then check off the box Generate new password and click the Save tab.

14 - Note that once you have created the new user; you will need to give them the generated password to log in.   Then once they log in they can change their password that we talked about in step #5
