Overview

The Lead Generation Form Responses Report provides an export of all submissions from lead generation forms embedded on your website or CaterZen online ordering pages. This report allows you to view every field completed by a potential customer—making it easy to track inbound leads, measure form activity, and follow up promptly. Use this report to capture contact details, monitor marketing performance, and ensure your sales team stays on top of every new lead.

Accessing the Report

  • Go to the More tab in your CaterZen account.

  • Select Reports → Data Export Reports.


  • Click Lead Generation Form Responses Report.

  • Choose your Date Range.

  • Click Generate Report.


Exporting or Sharing

  • The report automatically downloads as an Excel file when generated.

  • You can also email the report to yourself or another team member.


Understanding the Report

The exported Excel file includes detailed data from each form submission, including:

  • Date and Time Submitted

  • Form Name or Type (e.g., Corporate Catering Inquiry, Wedding Lead Form)

  • Customer Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Company Name (if provided)

  • All Custom Field Responses (e.g., event date, guest count, service type, comments)

This allows your team to review all captured information exactly as entered by the lead.


Common Use Cases

  • Lead Tracking: Monitor all website inquiries and ensure no potential customers slip through the cracks.

  • Marketing Performance: Measure lead volume over time or evaluate which forms generate the most activity.

  • Sales Follow-Up: Export and share with your sales team to prioritize new leads.

  • CRM Integration: Match responses to existing customers or create new contacts directly from the exported data.

Best Practices

  • Run this report daily or weekly to ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Cross-check new form submissions with your CRM to prevent duplicates.

  • Combine with the Contact List Report to track lead-to-customer conversion.

  • Review lead sources periodically to adjust marketing efforts based on performance.
