In this article we go over how to pre-select certain boxes that appear on your Order Entry Tab.

 

1 - First click on the Admin tab, next look for the Global Settings section then click on the Order Entry Settings bubble.

 



2 - Once you click on the Order Entry Settings bubble these links will appear.



*Please note there is an article for each link.


3 - Next click on the Pre-Select Notifications Settings link.   The next box that will appear will show you the options to have Order Entry tab pre-selected when placing an order.



*Please note that if you are NOT using the Fax, Telephone or Text notifications then they will not appear on your Order Entry tab.    They only appear if turned on.


*Please note that if you ARE using the Fax, Telephone or Text notifications and you would like them to be pre-checked then DO NOT hide these fields.   Hiding the fields will override the pre-checked status.


4 - You have now selected certain check boxes to be pre-checked found under the Order Entry tab.
