Overview
In CaterZen, you can either cancel or delete an order depending on the situation. While both options remove the order from active processing, they serve different purposes:
Canceling an order keeps the full history intact and is ideal if the customer might reschedule or if a payment and/or refund was involved.
Deleting an order completely removes it from the system and cannot be undone.
Important: When you cancel or delete an order, the customer will receive an immediate email notification informing them the order has been canceled.
This guide explains when to use each option and walks you through how to do both.
