CaterZen lets you assign an unlimited number of delivery addresses to each Customer. When you need to see exactly what was delivered to a particular address—say, a pharmaceutical rep checking the last drop-off at a doctor’s office by location, follow the simple steps below.
Open the Customer Record
Click the CRM tab in the top navigation.
Search for and select the Customer’s name.
View Delivery Addresses
In the Customer record, click the Delivery Address icon.
A list of every delivery address you’ve used for that Customer will appear.
(If you’re managing multiple venues, you can also utilize the Venue Manager.)
Select the Address
Scroll the list and locate the address you want.
Click the Address link next to it.
Use the Edit and Delete icons in the Action column to modify or remove any address.
See All Orders for That Address
A pop-up window will display every order delivered to that address.
Export or Print the List
At the top of the pop-up, you can choose to:
Print the list
Download a CSV
Open in Excel
Email the list to yourself or another employee
View Order Details
To drill into any individual order, click the Click Here To View More Details link beside it.
