Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Access the Notes List – Navigate to the CRM section and select Notes List from the menu.    

  2. Apply Filters – Use filters to refine the notes you need:

    • Search by Subject Line – Enter keywords (e.g., "quote") to find relevant notes.

    • Filter by Date Range – Choose a custom date range for when the note was created or last updated.

    • Select Note Type – View only contact notes, task notes, or both.

    • Search by Creator, Editor or Team – Identify notes based on the authors or team they belong to.

    • Find Associated Contacts & Companies – See which notes are linked to specific customers or businesses.    

  3. View and Manage Notes – Once you apply filters:

    • Use the Action Buttons on the far right to edit, delete, or Highlight/Un-highlight a note for quick reference.

  5. Export Notes – Download the notes list as an Excel file for offline reference or reporting.
