This article will guide you on how to connect your DKIM record to your domain.

You will need to access the admin area of the tool that manages the DNS records of your custom domain (e.g.  You'll need to add a TXT record, and copy the info provided by the CaterZen system.  The "hostname" and "value" in the TXT record is like a username and password.

The most common place to access a domain's DNS would be a domain registrar, like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Namecheap.  

Besides a domain registrar/DNS host, other places a domain's DNS records could be accessed:
  • if your website is hosted on a website builder like Squarespace or Wix, you might need to add the TXT record into the admin of the website builder
  • multi-unit chains might have their own IT setup for managing their domains
