In this article we will go over how to use the CRM portion of the Mobile Order Taking feature.  We will go over the icons that appear under this part of the Mobile Order Taking feature as well.

Below are step by step instructions on how to use the CRM part of the Mobile Order Taking feature:


Adding A New Customer:


1. Log into your CaterZen Mobile Order Taking link.




2. Click on the plus sign icon




3.  Click on the New Customer link 




4.  Fill out the information as you would in your CRM tab




5.   Click Save when done




Looking up an Existing Customer:


1.  Click on the Magnifying Glass icon




2.  Type in the customers name you are looking for.




3. As you are typing customers names that match will appear below.  Select the customer you want to work with.




4.  Your customers information will then appear.


5.  Using the 3 dots horizontal you can:  Call, Text, view Past Orders, view Delivery Addresses and view stored Credit Cards (last four digits only).  Below are the steps for each one of these features.







6.  Call:   When you click on the Call link your phone will then give you the option to Call or Cancel 




7.  Text:  When you click on the Text link your phone will then bring up your text screen to be able to send a text message




8.  Orders:   When you click on the Orders link all the past, current and future orders for that client will appear.  Note that clicking on an order will allow you to view the Order Details Page of that order.





9.  Addresses:   When you click on the Addresses link you will see all the delivery addresses for that customer.   If no addresses have been stored you can store your first one by using the Add New Address tab.   If you have existing addresses then you will use the plus sign in a circle icon.  Once you have filled out the information for the address be sure to click the Save tab.





10.  Credit Cards:  When you click on the Credit Card link you will see all the Credit Cards stored for that customer.   If no credit cards have been stored you can store your first one by using the Add New Card tab.   If you have existing addresses then you will use the plus sign in a circle icon.  Once you have filled out the information for the address be sure to click the Save tab.
