In this article we will go over all the different icons found in the Mobile Order Taking feature in CaterZen.


Below are screenshots of each Icon and what the Icon is used for:


1 - Locations:   Here you can change the locations in your account.




2 - Date Range:  Here is where you can adjust the date range to show orders on your home page






3 -  Change a Date Range:   To change a Date Range you will first click on the first date.   It will then highlight.   Then you will click on the second date.   The second date will highlight along with the date range.   Then click Done when you have finished adjusting the date range.   Once you click done then the all the orders for that date range will appear.






4 -The New Customer icon :  The New Customer icon is found on the left side of the page under the + sign icon.   Once you click on the + sign icon then you will see a line for the New Customer link.  Once you click this link you can then fill out the information like you would in the CRM tab in the software.   Once are done filling out the customer information you can click on the Save tab at the bottom of the page. 







5 - The New Order icon:  The New Order icon is found on the left side of the page under the + sign icon.   Once you click on the + sign icon then you will see a line for the New Order link.  We have a detailed article explaining how to place a New Order.  If you need additional information on this please see

6 - Home icon:   Clicking the Home icon will allow you to return to the home page.  




7 - Orders:   All orders will appear under you home page.   To view an order you will click on the tab of the order.   Once you click on the tab of the order the Order Details Page will appear.




8 - Delete an Order:   To delete an order you will need to open the Order up to the Order Details Page (see #7).  Then on the top right corner you will look for the Trashcan icon.   Click the Trashcan icon and then a warning message will appear.   Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the order.





9 - Duplicate an Order:  To duplicate an order you will need to open the Order up to the Order Details Page (see #7).  Then on the top right corner you will look for the Double Piece of Paper icon.   Click the Double Piece of Paper icon and the exact same order will appear.   Then you can make adjustments to the order as needed and save.




10 - Edit an Order:  To edit an order you will need to open the Order up to the Order Details Page (see #7).  Then on the top right corner you will look for the Piece of Paper with a Pencil icon.   Click the Piece of Paper with a Pencil icon and the order will open.   Then you can make adjustments to the order as needed and save.



11 - Search:  Using the Search icon will allow you to search for a specific customer.  Click on the Magnifying Glass icon.  Next you will see a space called Search where you can  type in the Customers Name.   Once you type in the name click on the Customer's Name.   The Customer will then appear. 






12 - View Orders:  When under the Customer's information; you can view past or future orders.   We have a separate article that will go into more depth when working in your customers account.   Please see https://support.caterzen.com/a/solutions/articles/6000253532.  To view the Orders click on the Print out Paper icon in the top right corner.   Note that past and future orders will show and to add a new card you will click on the + sign icon.






13 - Delivery Addresses:  When under the Customer's information; you can view stored delivery addresses and add new delivery addresses.   We have a separate article that will go into more depth when working in your customers account.   Please see https://support.caterzen.com/a/solutions/articles/6000253532.  To view the Delivery Addresses click on the location icon in the top right corner.   Note that stored delivery addresses will show and to add a new card you will click on the + sign icon.




14 - Credit Cards: When under the Customer's information; you can view stored credit cards (last four digits only) and add new credit cards.   We have a separate article that will go into more depth when working in your customers account.   Please see https://support.caterzen.com/a/solutions/articles/6000253532.  To view the Credit Cards click on the Credit Card icon in the top right corner.   Note that stored cards will show and to add a new card you will click on the + sign icon.





15 - Logout:  To logout of your CaterZen Mobile Order Taking feature you will click on the rectangle box with the arrow pointing to the right.   This is found in the top right corner of the home page.
