In this article we will go over how to view multiple store locations when creating Delivery Routes.

Here are step by step instructions on how to create delivery routes for multiple locations.


1 - Click on the More tab and then choose the Delivery Manager tab.




2- Choose your Date Range and Time Frame




3 - Next Choose All Locations




4 - Then click the Show Route Planner tab




5 - The location of each store will show up as Star




7 - Orders will be to the right of the screen.   Note the Restaurant Location Name will now appear at the top of the order.




8 - You can Sort by the Restaurant Location or the Time that the Order needs to go out.




9 - If you create a route that has different Restaurant Locations note the starting point will be the Restaurant Location for the first order



10 - The other option that you have can be to use the Show the Overview for the Day.




11 - This will appear in a Spreadsheet view




12 - Under the Status column you now have a drop down box that will show the status of the delivery.   Note this is more for companies that are not using the Delivery App.   The Delivery App will automatically update the status of the order.   This feature will need to be changed manually.




       A - Waiting:  the driver is still waiting on the order to be prepared




       B - Arrived At Restaurant:  the driver has arrived at the restaurant 



       C - Picked Up From Restaurant:  the driver has picked up the order from the restaurant



       D - Arrived At Guest:  the driver has arrived to the location for delivery



       E - Delivered:  the driver has delivered the order.
