In this article we will go over how to use the Rapid Reply Interface.


Note you can also access the Rapid Reply Interface via your CaterZen account:


Admin tab - Marketing Settings section - Rapid Reply bubble - Restaurant Interface link.   Then the steps below will match once logged in.

Here are step by step instructions on how to use the Rapid Reply Interface.  


1 - Log into the your Rapid Reply Interface Account.   www.RestaurantCateringSystems.com/sms




2 - Once logged in you may not see any messages.  Click on the Settings Wheel icon.




3 - Location:  choose your location




      Play Sound:  choose a sound for when a notification has been sent




      Mute Notifications After Sending Messages:  choose time frame for notifications




4 - On the left side is the Thread of Messages




5 - A Blue Dot will appear for New Messages.   




6 - Messages that have been read will not have a blue dot.




7 - If you want to delete a message use the Trash Can icon




8 - Click OK to approve the deletion of the message




9 - Be sure to scroll through and see the whole thread of the messages

     Replies from the customer on the interface:





10 - Here is where you can Reply Back to the Customer



11 - Click the Send icon to send the message
