Here are step by step instructions on how to give an employee permission to access Rapid Rely and how to log into Rapid Reply.


Give Employee Permission


1 - Click on the Admin tab - under General Settings section - click on the Manage Employees bubble - then Manage Employees link.




2 - Find the Employee you want to give permission too and click on the Edit icon




3 - Scroll down to the bottom and look for the Is Permitted to access Rapid Reply interface and check the box off.   Then click on the Save This Information tab





Logging Into Rapid Reply - outside of CaterZen


1- Type in: www.RestaurantCateringSystems.com/sms 




2 - Type in log in information and click the Sign In tab.   NOTE make sure you are not logged into CaterZen at the same time




3 - The interface for Rapid Reply will then appear.




Logging Into Rapid Reply - via CaterZen


1- Click on the Admin tab 




2 - Under the Marketing Settings section - click on the Rapid Reply bubble - then Restaurant Interface link




3 - You are now logged into Rapid Reply 




Note this interface is mobile enabled so you can access via your mobile phone.
