Our refund process usually takes about a week and all you need to do is send an email to our Funding Team, who can be reached at funding@tangocard.com with the following information:
  • Account Name and # 
    • The Account # is the alphanumeric code that usually starts with A~. This can be found within your Rewards Genius dashboard, please let me know if you need assistance locating this. 
  • The amount to refund
  • Banking information of where to send the refund to
  • Name and email of who to confirm the refund with.
