This article will go over how to delete more than one invalid email address in your Email Marketing Campaigns.
1 - Click on the Marketing tab and then click on the Email Marketing link.
2 - Next click on the Edit and Resend an Existing Email Message link
3 - Next locate the email message that you want review the invalid email addresses for. Click on the View Past Instances icon.
4 - Click on the Details link.
5 - You can then either choose to check off all the invalid email addressed by checking the Check All box.
6 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Remove email address from all checked CRM contacts.
7 - Or you can select the specific email addresses that you would like to remove by checking the Box to the right of the highlighted invalid email address.
8 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Remove email address from all checked CRM contacts.
Your email address has now been removed.
