In this article we will go over the Phone Notification Report. This report will show you the status of the phone call notifications you receive when orders are placed.
1 - Click on the More tab - Reports tab - Data Export tab.
2 - Next click on the Phone Notification Status Report link.
3 - Choose your Date Range and then click the Generate Report tab.
4 - Your report will then appear.
5 - Please note that you can Print - Download - view in Excel - or Email this report.
6 - You can then see Date and Time the call was Attempted. Was the call Completed. The Number that was called. How Long the call lasted. Date and Time the call was Completed
