Overview

The Delivery Address List Report provides a complete export of all delivery addresses saved in your CaterZen CRM. This report is especially useful for reviewing delivery zones, verifying address data, and identifying frequently used or high-volume delivery locations. Use this report to confirm delivery setup accuracy, assist with route planning, or share address information with delivery teams and third-party providers.

Accessing the Report

  • Go to the More tab in your CaterZen account.

  • Select Reports → Data Export Reports.


  • Click Delivery Address List Report.

  • Choose your Filter Parameters (see below).

  • Click Generate Report.


Filter Parameters

Use these filters to control which delivery addresses appear in your export:

  • Company Name – Select a specific company to view all saved delivery addresses for that customer.

  • Date Company Added to CRM – Filter by the date the company record was created.

Be sure to check the box beside each parameter you wish to use.
If a box is left unchecked, that filter will be ignored when generating the report.

Exporting or Sharing

  • The report automatically downloads as an Excel file when generated.

  • You can also email the report to yourself or another team member.


Understanding the Report

The exported Excel file includes detailed information for each saved delivery address, including:

  • Company Name

  • Date Created

  • Delivery Contact Name

  • Delivery Address (Street, City, State, ZIP)

  • Notes for Delivery

  • Latitude and Longitude

This gives your team a comprehensive view of all stored delivery locations and important delivery notes for accuracy and efficiency.


Common Use Cases

  • Delivery Zone Planning: Export all active delivery addresses to review service area coverage or update delivery zones.

  • Driver Coordination: Share address lists with drivers or third-party delivery services for route organization.

  • Customer Account Audits: Confirm that each company’s delivery addresses are accurate and up to date.

  • Franchise Oversight: Review multiple locations’ delivery address databases for consistency and accuracy.

Best Practices

  • Use it when updating or expanding delivery zones or changing third-party delivery providers.

  • Combine with the Order List Report to analyze which delivery addresses generate the most revenue.

  • Include delivery notes (like gate codes or entry instructions) for smoother driver operations.
