This article will go over how to view the custom production reports. Think of this report and the down and dirty of prep work report. It has very limited amount of information on the report and prep items.

Here are step by step instructions with screen shots of how to Create and Pull a Custom Production Report:
1 - Click on the More tab - click on the Reports link - click on the Kitchen & Production Reports tab
2 - Next click on the Custom Production Report link
3 - The next page you will see will be the Custom Report page. Here is where you can pull up the report or where you can create what the report will show.
4 - To start you will click on the Manage Custom Production Report tab.
5 - The next page will show any existing custom production reports that have been created and where you can create the custom production report. Click on the Add a Custom Production Report tab to get started.
6 - The next page is where you will create the report.
7 - First give the Report a Name: Report Name
This name is typically the station or category. For example: Production Station or Meats (for the category)
8 - Once you give the report a name you will then locate all the prep items that you want to appear in that report. *Note you can not have more then 10 items to the report. Use the drop down box to select the prep item you want to add.
9 - Note that if you want the prep item to appear differently on the custom production report you can change the name under the Name on Report column.
10 - Once you are done adding the items be sure to click the Save This Information page.
11 - Report will now appear in the Custom Production report section.

2 - Next click on the Custom Production Report link
3 - The next page you will see will be the Custom Report page. Here is where you can pull up the report or where you can create what the report will show.

A - Include Orders From: This the date range that you want to have the report pull from.
B - Include Only These Locations: These are the locations that you want the report to pull from.
C - Sort By: Here you can choose how want the orders to be sorted by: Serve Time, Kitchen Ready Time, Driver Pickup Time, Order Creation Time
D - Print Order Time on Report: Check this box off if you wan the order time to appear on the report
E - Always Show Unit: Check this box off if you want the unit of measure to show on the report
F - Show: Choose if you want Company, Customer or Both names to appear. Company Name, Customer Name, Company and Customer Name
G - Reports to Generate: Check off which custom reports that you have created that you want to appear in the report you are going to pull.
Once Done making your selections be sure to click on the Generate Report tab.
5 - Your report will now appear.
