In this article we will go over how to figure out how much commission a sales rep has earned.   Please note the commission must be assigned to the sales rep when adding them as an employee.  

Note the commission is based off sale amount.

1 - Click on the More tab - the Reports tab - and then the Sales Report tab.

2 - Next click on the Sales Commission Report link.

3 - Next choose the Date Range for your look up.

4 - Then choose Assigned Rep is or Account Created By.

5 - Then choose the Sales Rep you want to view

6 - Then click on Generate Report tab.

7 - The report will download as a CSV file.   Note you can Email the report by using the Click Here link.

8 - Once you click on the CSV file the report will open.

9 - Clients not assigned to a sales rep will fall under the No One (Default User) sales rep.   Other Sales Rep names will be listed.

You have now learned how to look up the commission for a sales rep in your company.
