If you regularly use email campaigns as a way to stay in touch with your database, you may need to re-send an email campaign that worked well in the past or see the history of when you sent a particular email campaign. This article will show you how to do just that.

1. After logging into your CaterZen Account, go to the Marketing Tab.

2. Click on Email Marketing

EXISTING EMAIL CAMPAIGNS section:


A.) Preview this will show you an example of the email that was created.

B.) Clone the email campaign.  This will allow you to clone the email and then edit and send again.

EXISTING EMAIL CAMPAIGNS that have NOT been sent yet section:



A.) Delete the email campaign.  This will allow you to delete the campaign and prevent it from sending during the scheduled time frame.




B.) Edit and Send Date This will allow you to edit the send date for the scheduled email campaign.




C.) Clone the email campaign.  This will allow you to clone the email and then edit and send again.




DRAFT EMAIL CAMPAIGNS section:


A.) Preview the email campaign.  This will allow you to clone the email and then edit and send again.



B.) Edit the email campaign.  This will allow you to open the email draft and make changes to the email campaign.




C.) Delete the email campaign.  This will allow you to delete the draft email campaign.




D.) Clone the email campaign.  This will allow you to clone the email and then edit and schedule.
