Overview
This article covers how to log into your CaterZen account, set up and use two-factor authentication (2FA), and manage your password and security settings. Let’s get you up and secure.
Logging In
Open your browser and go to the CaterZen login page: https://www.caterzen.com/
You will be redirected to a login page: https://www.restaurantcateringsystems.com/admin
Enter the Username and Password that were:
- Sent to you when your account was created, or
- Chosen by you during your Free Trial sign-up
If you can’t find your login details or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact our Support Team and we’ll be happy to help.
Tip: Save the CaterZen login page as a bookmark in your browser so you can get to it quickly next time—no need to hunt for the link!
Click Login.
Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)
To keep your account extra secure, CaterZen requires 2FA.
The first time you log in after 2FA is enabled, you’ll be prompted to choose a 2FA method. You can pick either SMS or Email.
If you choose SMS:
Enter the phone number to receive a text.
Click Send Code.
Enter the code you received.
Confirm and validate.
If you choose Email:
Provide the email address to send the code.
Click Send Code.
Open the email, copy the code, and enter it.
Confirm and validate.
The next time you log in, there will be an option to Remember this Device so you won’t need to enter a code every time from the same device.
Managing Passwords, 2FA Settings & Employee Access
Once logged in, you’ll see your Display Name on the left—this means you're in! After you're in for the first time, you can change your password or manage your 2FA settings.
If you run into any issues logging in, try resetting your password or reach out to our Support Team.
If you have access to the Admin section:
Go to Admin → Manage Employees.
From there, you can change your own password.
You can also manage your 2FA method: switch between SMS or Email, remove a method, or reset “remembered devices.”
If you don’t have Admin access:
You’ll see a Settings tab instead.
Under Settings, you can still change your password and manage your 2FA settings.
Important notes:
Removing a 2FA method forces you to set up a new one at next login.
If your password is changed (by you or an admin), all your remembered devices will be reset for security reasons.
Tips & Best Practices
Always make sure your 2FA contact methods (phone/email) are current.
Use strong, unique passwords.
If you think someone else might know your credentials, change your password immediately.
Keep your email account secure—if email is used for your 2FA, someone with access to your email might access CaterZen.
