Overview
There may be times when you need to remove a quote from your CaterZen account. Quotes can be permanently deleted from either the Overview tab or the CRM tab.
Important: Once a quote is deleted, it cannot be recovered. In many cases, it may be better to change the quote status to Declined rather than deleting it. This keeps a clear history of your customer interactions and can help you identify sales trends, follow-up opportunities, or reasons why quotes don’t convert into orders.

Change the Quote Status to Declined
Instead of deleting, you can change a quote’s status to Declined. This option allows you to:

Conclusion
Deleting a quote is quick and can be done from either the Overview or the CRM tab. However, because deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, it is usually best to mark the quote as Declined instead. Using Declined status helps maintain accurate records and gives you valuable insights into customer activity and sales opportunities.
