Overview
Once your automated sequences are running in CRM Sales Pro, you can easily monitor their performance — seeing which contacts have been reached, which messages received replies, and which steps drive the most engagement.
Tracking this data helps your catering sales team refine messaging, identify high-performing sequences, and ensure every outreach effort supports growth.
Viewing Sequence Performance
Go to CRM → Sequences.
You’ll see a list of all active and archived sequences.
Use the search bar or filters to narrow by:
Sequence name
Creator (who built the sequence)
User (who enrolled contacts)
Each sequence record includes key stats at a glance:
Status: Draft or Published
Total Enrolled: How many contacts have entered the sequence
Currently Enrolled: Active contacts still moving through steps
Emails Sent: Total automated emails delivered
Replies: How many contacts replied
Creator: Who originally built the sequence
Modified Date: When it was last updated
Reviewing Sequence Details
To dive deeper into a specific sequence:
Click the View (eye icon) next to the sequence name.
You’ll see a visual breakdown of performance for each step:
How many contacts reached each step
Which steps included calls vs. automated emails
Reply rates and drop-off points
Below the chart, you’ll see a list of all enrolled contacts with details such as:
Enrollment date
Current status (In Progress, Finished, Replied, or Unenrolled)
The last step they reached

Filtering and Exporting Data
CRM Sales Pro makes it easy to analyze results or share them with your team:
Filter by User: View sequence performance by specific sales team member.
Filter by Creator: See which team member’s sequences drive the most engagement.
Export Reports:
Export performance stats for each step to Excel.
Export enrolled contact lists with progress and reply details.
These exports are ideal for weekly sales meetings or coaching sessions where you review who’s following up and which messages are resonating most.
Managing Sequences
From the same list view, you can manage each sequence as your campaigns evolve:
Edit: Make content updates or tweak timing for future enrollments.
Duplicate: Create a new version of a successful sequence to A/B test variations.
Archive: Hide old or seasonal sequences from the main view while preserving data.
Unarchive (Restore): Bring archived sequences back to active use.
Delete: Permanently remove old drafts or unused test versions.
Once contacts have been enrolled in a sequence, that version becomes locked — meaning the structure (number and order of steps) cannot be changed.
This ensures reporting remains accurate.
However, you can still:
Edit content within emails or task descriptions.
Update templates linked to active sequences — changes apply to all future steps and contacts not yet at that point.
Best Practices for Tracking and Optimization
Review performance weekly or biweekly to monitor open and reply rates.
Identify bottlenecks — steps where contacts stop responding — and refresh messaging.
Duplicate top-performing sequences to build variations for different customer types.
Pair performance data with marketing list filters to see which lead sources convert best.
Keep sequences active and updated — small content refreshes can boost engagement without starting over.
